CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sirius Glow LLC, we maintain a strict no-show policy with a 100% fee for missed appointments. Our clients have the option to reschedule their appointment prior to the original date by contacting Lesly via text at 281-546-9931, without additional fees. The full service charge will be applied on the initial appointment date, and rescheduling will not incur additional fees However, if a client reschedules multiple times, a $35 rebooking fee will be applied for each additional rescheduling request. No-Show appointments refer to bookings that have not been confirmed, with no notification or attempt to reschedule. In such cases, a $35 fee, payable via Zelle, will be applied if the client subsequently contacts us to reschedule. Furthermore, all future appointments for clients with a history of no-shows must be prepaid in full via Zelle, and online booking will no longer be available to them. Sirius Glow retains the right to refuse services to anyone due to scheduling limitations and structural constraints. Please be considerate when booking your appointment.
